"My daughter tried the private training class this past week and it was PHENOMENAL. She is a dancer and I asked Martha, the trainer, to focus on core...and boy did she!!! I appreciated very much that she took full advantage of all the time. She focused on FORM, which I appreciated greatly and the customer service provided has also been great so far!!
