"I'm very particular about my work outs but VP is by far one of the best gym experiences I've had in a while. Victor is extremely attentive, motivating and knowledgeable. Even in a class environment he's able to cater the work out to your individual strengths and needs as well as always keeping in mind any injuries or limitations your body may have but still pushing you to get better and stronger. I broke my ankle and never took care of it in the healing process and he's always been careful to ensure that my workouts don't aggravate my injury or cause me pain. His attention and dedication makes every workout feel like a personal training session regardless of how many people are at the gym. Highly recommend!"

Coach Victor knows how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. Sessions are small enough that make the feel more of a personal training class.
