"This is the place to be if you're looking to improve your Jujitsu, Mixed Martial Arts skills or have an intense workout session. The instructors here are very guiding, knowledgeable and will work through drills with you if you don't understand the process. The coach here, while nice and pleasant off the mats will throw you over his shoulder, if you aren't careful. Im excited to hit the mats again here very soon!"

Davis and Krystal go above and beyond in making sure that the kids acquire the necessary skills to become responsible adults while also making sure that the kids are safe. Mr. D and his lovely wife Miss Crystal are so much more than instructors and coaches, they are role models and mentors. The family dynamic is out of this world. Their selflessness is unbelievable.
