"SIGN. UP. When I decided to start my BJJ journey locally, I was mortified to put my safety at the hands of a gym with a bad culture. This is not the case with Ivy League. Not only do they have a high level of LEGIT BJJ SCHOOLING, but it is also filled with wholesome people who truly love and respect martial arts and the personal growth they bring about. Even though I'm in the adult class, I must say coach David has a masterful way of teaching children and hyping them up in the process - something I've never witnessed. I’m a military combat veteran that truly believes in moral values like discipline, motivation and dedication and I can certainly say that you will see all of them and more in this academy. This mat it is not Just about martial arts, is about team work and family. Since day one you can sense the dedication that the coaches put every day of training. They treat the trainees with respect and teach them not just about jiu Jitsu, they teach them about respect, discipline and being humbled. This academy is the best, the coaches alternate with MMA training at least twice a week to take the students to a different level and make them learn a little bit of everything. My son is 7 years old and loves his coach David and his teammates. The facility is great, fresh renewed and super clean.
