"I was looking for a gym near my house to work out and learn self-defense. I came across Sibai Muay Thai and decided to give it a try. I love the fact that the gym has early and late classes, being my schedule changes weekly. Coach Z was welcoming and made me feel I belonged. His workouts are challenging and fun to do. The gym is super clean and has state-of-the-art equipment. I needed to get equipment, i.e., boxing gloves and wraps. He has a great pro shop for all your class needs.
