"Place is frequently too busy with classes unavailable, they also try to sneak you onto a monthly renewal plan by “signing up” and you only find out a month later it auto renews. I asked to suspend mine for a month and even offered to buy one of their expensive packs without time limits to fit around business travel, and was told not only do they “need” 30 days notice (I told the lady a month prior when they double charged me I wouldn’t be renewing as well, so they clearly didn’t note it properly), but that for this privilege I’d also be charged $15 per month of being away. Any outfit that hides behind contractual clauses to fleece their customers when providing no service is to be avoided. There’s no need to use Spenga for this sort of activity in Naples: recommend ClassPass for much better prices and flexibility, and without the attitude from the franchisees daughter when I made it clear I was cancelling therefore."
