"This place is an absolute joke. I had an insurance agent located in Orange Park and I believe he retired and my policy was sold to this place a few years ago. My GL policy was due on December 22, 2023. I was out of town for the holidays and completely forgot to renew. Completely my fault. I realized what I had done on New Years Day. I called DPG on the 2nd and asked for Lauren, who is named on my emails. I was told she was at lunch and was asked if I could be helped. I told the woman my situation and she told me that my policy was actually with someone else in the office. What?!?! She got on the phone and I again explained what I had done. I offered to go to the office immediately and pay my premium for the year. I was informed not to do that bc she had to call the provider to see if they would still bind my policy. That was a week ago tomorrow and I haven’t heard back from her. I have secured a policy elsewhere at a lesser rate with a company that values my business. This place obviously doesn’t need any new business so stay away. They don’t have any time for you!"

"I usually dislike speaking with insurance companies... With the Della Porta Group however this is not the case. I get quick responses and they walked me through my first business insurance purchase. I had shopped around but the price could not be beat! I ended up with more covealra for less. The best part is the follow up service is just as awesome. I am out in the field often and won't have my paperwork. Never has there been an issue. Now I hope to never need them but if I do I know they will stand behind me! Thank you to your team"

We worked directly with Veronica Della Porta and her assistant Amanda. We are very bright business people and would have never signed the policy that we did had they advised us properly. We've used them for a long time, but when you finally need insurance, you realize that they don't do any advising AT ALL. We have never written a bad review about anyone or any company, but what they did to us is completely inexcusable. Happy to discuss why we wrote this to anyone who is considering Della Porta Agency for their insurance needs."
