"After spending 1800 they can't seem to send the correct information to my insurance company so I still do not have insurance and now they are not answering their phones on a Thursday at 11am.... DO NOT RECOMMEND"
"I received an email from Medcom Benefit Solutions letting me know that they were denying a $400 charge unless I sent a receipt or EOB. I scanned over a receipt of payment from the provider's office. It was rejected because it was not an itemized receipt. I reached out to MBS when they sent an email saying they didn't receive an itemized receipt or EOB. Sakeema was the representative I spoke with. She was so kind and helpful. She waited patiently while I reset my password, entered the authentication code, scanned the EOB, and emailed it to her. Upon seeing the EOB, she was immediately able to see the problem and help me to get it corrected all within one phone call. She also educated me on what to do (or not do) in the future so I don't run into the issue again. I asked for a customer service survey and was directed to add a Google review. Sakeema was wonderful in all aspects; she was knowledgeable, kind, patient, etc. Thank you, Sakeema!!"
"I spoke to Timesha about an urgent claim that needed to be handled before my policy expires. This was the first time in my experience of dealing with any medical, insurance/benefits support personel where anyone talked to me and treated me like a human. Timesha listened to my problem, immediately understood the issues I was having, and literally got up from her chair and started working on it. Not only was she proactive, but she explained exactly what was happening and gave me simple information on how I could be proactive on my end to protect myself and my money that I needed for medical claims. I have no obligation to write this review. Timesha was just a badass. And if anyone from the hospital or my insurance company had helped me like she did during this nightmare-ish process, it could have been resolved a month sooner. Thank you to the Timesha's of the world, and I hope sincerely that I'm spelling your name correctly."
"As of right now I have only had one contact with Medcom Benefit Solutions because of an FSA card purchase at my local Dentistry, Clearwater Smiles. I reached out to MBS to follow up with an appointment I had where I needed to use my FSA card to pay for it. I was met with a friendly and kind representative, Burnadette, who was EXTREMELY helpful. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. She explained the steps I needed to follow in order to move along the approval process of this charge. I am satisfied with things as they are now. I wanted to do some kind of survey specifically for Burnadette. I give a 10/10 across the board for her service, knowledge, attitude, etc. It was a very painless and pleasant conversation because she rocks at her job "
"This is the worst benefit provider I have ever worked with in my 25 years in HR. It is obvious their procedures are designed to hang on to employee's reimbursements. They even mismanage the reimbursements when they don't actually have possession of the funds. We pay our employee's reimbursements out of our operating account. It makes no sense to slow the process down to a snail's pace when it doesn't benefit them. We provide a great HRA plan and their incompetent management of it has diminished employee satisfaction at a time employers need up their game to attract top talent. We will be shopping for a new HRA provider for the 2024 plan year."
