"From one business owner to the next, I can’t believe how rude my customer says Kevin was to her! My customer says she was told by Kevin that it’s a chump move for her to want to lower her insurance after the company paid out a claim for a new roof? I’m not quite sure but this doesn’t sound ethical at all! Kevin, most of our customers have no idea how the internal stipulations work with the insurance company, we as the professionals should be teaching them not scolding them for asking questions about lowering payments. The state of this economy has everyone looking to cut back so why would this be the way you chose to respond our mutual customer? “A Chump Move”. Wow! First off, this is a woman we’re talking to living by herself asking questions so just a little compassion? After you told her it was a chump move you hung up on her and we had to contact Erin. This is the worst I’ve heard in 24 years of serving customers"
"Kevin is very nice but this insurance agency is the worst. Throughout the 5 years they handled my home insurance policy I (luckily) had limited interaction with them, but when I did it was like having to harass a teenager to clean their room. They never got anything done the first time, or correctly. I always had to send multiple emails and follow up with Kevin, the manager to find out why it was so difficult to, for example, change the name on my policy, or add a name after I got married. Most recently, I contacted them in early January 2023 to find out what was needed to get an insurance refund after the sale of our home. Shortly after the sale, I provided what they needed to get a refund. Didn't hear anything for weeks, I called a few times and emailed asking about the status and they didn't respond. Finally, three months later I called Security First directly to find out what had been done and what they needed. Big shock, they didn't even have information about my policy being cancelled, and had no information on my refund. Rather than deal with Foundation, I handled the refund myself through the insurance company. If you want to do everything 2 or 3 times and have to follow up with an agent every couple weeks to make sure they are doing their job, by all means, go with Foundation. They'll keep you busy."
"I can't even begin to describe what this company has cost me financially. They say they reached out to me, and have maybe called me once since I've been with their agency. I didn't even have insurance on one of my homes for at least 2 months because they said they called me. - Bad Business....where is the follow up? Then again when having to cancel insurance. Took over a month for them to input the cancelation. I had to contact them. They didn't follow up. Again, bad business. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone."
"First time ever taking the time of writing a bad review if that tells you the frustration of dealing with this agency. Had a quote ran 4 separate times due to Kevin/Erin or whomever being unable to to do their job. Kevin mixed my wife's name/account up on 3 separate occasions with another client in email with personal information throughout the 4 quotes over 2 months! He sent all of our information to who knows where or simply just didn't tell us he needed a document, starting the process over agian and agian. (yes we have email proof of the insanity) The agencies professional emails were often just replies back of "?" to our detailed explanation of there screw up. Literally had to get him on a phone to three-way to babysit this agency to do their job with the mortage company. Finally think the problem is solved and we get another cancelation of policy letter in the mail after verifying the Mortage company gave them the money with FedEx/check tracking number. Literally appalled at the lack of professionalism & crookedness within this agency. Guess we get to eat the extra thousands of dollars caused or get an attorney."
"Absolutely wonderful!!! Five stars hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had! Our agent is Erin, she is the best! Always kind, always helps no matter what, when or where, she’s there! We will be staying with wherever she goes there’s No Doubt in my mind what so ever that you won’t be happy with her!
