"Avoid. Bobby Erwin does not care. End of story for your insurance being done correctly or accurately. We got better and cheaper, by half, homeowners insurance via State Farm. Completely screwed up my flood insurance with mistakes throughout -- we spent hours correcting all the wrong information on applications by Gwen so read very carefully since those errors can void your coverage. I spent a lot of money and time over two years fixing the flood insurance, got a LOMA to correct the whole thing directly; Erwin doesn't even apologize much less cleaning up his mess. Unprofessional doesn't begin to cover it."
