"The reason this center has so many negative reviews is because of management turnover. They can't keep anyone in managemnent staffed that manages this center to the standards that Bluecross stands behind which is exactly why managers come and come and go and have for years,...and so do their superiors. Employees are not valued, treated like cattle and the only things driving business here is the bottom line,...not customer service. The managers here will not endure and they too will see the end of their tenure,...so will their superiors."
"First, Jorge is great. Secondly, the service center really has their act together. My issue is that their insurance is way more money than everybody else. But I don't want to switch doctors, so I am sort of stuck. all that being said, that would have given them a much better review. But their pharmacy provider on a scale of 1 to 10 is about a negative 500. ever since they switched, their pharmacy Services have been horrific."

"****PLEASE BE ADVISED**** During times of need you are avoided at every avenue, everyone has a different answer but no solution. Just wanted to put it our there that this location, like I am sure many FL Blue locations, are refusing service to customers. I went to the location (as I was told a day prior to visit the location in person by someone at the location) and it was deemed closed to service customers upon my arrival on the basis of the virus. Even though the building was chock full of employees at the time (.....so much for social distancing). When you call the number posted on the door it takes you to an 800 number. I have tried to reach named individuals at this specific location as I have been a customer for three years and it is impossible to reach anyone (Also, no one at the 800 number is able to assist with my inquiries). It is my understanding that a lot of people like myself may need to reach out to locations like this in times of crisis and this location has completely dropped the ball on this point. Very disappointed with Elizabeth, Karina, and the staff at this location. One of the worst experiences with health care since probably the days of pre-existing conditions. This is my last ditch attempt to receive information about the service I pay for. I hope someone will listen or be forewarned before purchasing insurance here with my recanting of my experience had here."
"I love the staff Richard - sales representative and Sasha - front desk/customer service. Sasha is professional, efficient and helpful. I go into the office to pay my premiums. Sasha seems to be the only person in the front (3 employees in total) who knows how to take payments. Richard is knowledgeable and answers all of my questions. I like the scale on site which takes height, weight and fat percentage. It's quick and easy to use. Although I haven't had a chance to attend, I like the fact there are classes that are offered on site - Zumba, nutrition, stress management, etc. If you need health insurance during the open season I highly suggest making an appointment as early as you can. Richard is fabulous!"
