Led by Michael Zavolas and Ashley Naughton, our coaches and teams are trained to compete at the highest levels of competition. Ashley Naughton, our Assistant Director and Head of Athlete Development, is dedicated to helping our athletes achieve personal, competitive, and professional success.
As a parent and coach with years of experience in the sport, I have seen the impact volleyball can have on young athletes. After taking some time off, I am thrilled to be back in the volleyball community and leading 863 Elite Volleyball Academy. Our program focuses on perfecting athletic skills, promoting health and strength, and expanding volleyball knowledge.
