"First things first…Tracie is the bomb! Second, floating Pilates class was way more fun than I anticipated!! She had me doing movements leaving my booty and core muscles engaged and fired up. She is a great instructor using easy to understand cues paired with a charismatic personality. She had me laughing most of the time! :) It was a great experience on my first visit at 4Fitness.
