"My daughter attends Sensei Nick’s Dojo. She started the classes suffering from low self steam and depression. The physical exercise improved her overall mood and now she no longer needs the anti depressants. What I like about this dojo is the fact Sensei Nick always discusses with the kids issues that they face everyday, such as lack of respect for the parents, unwillingness to help around the house with chores, not wanting to study.... He always motivated and inspires the children to be better. I highly recommend this class. My daughter has improved since we started. And now she wants a Century Training BOB for her birthday so she can continue training at home!"
