"I started going here this week from several friends recommending it to me and I must say leading up to the time of walking in for the first time made me nervous, but the second I stepped foot in the door everyone was so nice, very friendly, and inviting. The class it’s self was very informative and inspiring. Fabio helped myself and another new student learn 3 techniques on the first day and was very patient with his time knowing we were inexperienced, which to me is very important in building the fundamentals in any martial art especially an advanced one like BJJ. After learning several techniques and stretching we continued on to live rolling/sparring and some gyms get a bad rep for beating up the new kids but at Fabio’s it was not like that at all it was so fun and everyone knew we were new so they worked with us to learn what to do in what positions, which was an amazing experience since that’s the part most people fear when going in for the first time. I can honestly say from one class I have already learned so much and can’t wait to get back into the gym to practice and learn more! I highly recommend Fabio’s BJJ to anyone who is looking to learn.
