"I live just a few minutes from Santos Bike shop but I don't frequent it just because of its convenient location. Every time I've been in the shop, I receive a friendly greeting and everyone goes out of their way to answer my questions, or handle any issues I've had with my equipment. On one particular visit a few weeks ago, I needed a repair to my bike. It was Saturday morning right at opening time. Adam quickly used the 'divide and conquer' approach to taking care of a customer with a rental request, a flat tire for one customer, and attended to my repair.
