"What can I say about Eustis Yoga and the Owner, Certified Yoga Teacher who's name is Lakshmi? Well, I've been wanting to write this review for quite some time now, but never seemed to have the time. Tonight I am getting it done as I feel it is very important. I had never taken a Yoga class before. Prior to taking my first class"Gentle Yoga" at Eustis Yoga I spoke with Lakshmi. She recommended the Gentle Yoga class for beginners so that was the class I started on 2/27/20. It was wonderful! Lakshmi with her gentle soothing voice alone made me feel relaxed. She kept telling the class to do what are bodies felt comfortable with and don't compare ourselves to others. The Yoga Studio is beautiful, very clean and radiates a sense of peace. As all of you know then COVID-19 hit and everything stopped. Unfortunately, that included Eustis Yoga. On 7/7/20 I was so happy to return there! I can assure everyone that Lakshmi works hard everyday to sanitize, follow protocol such as masks and six feet apart and, also, only allows six people max per class. I feel 100% Safe while there and have no worries in regards to getting sick with COVID-19 from there. It's amazing since I've been going how much it has helped me mentally and physically. I really look forward to going. In ending, I will say that Lakshmi and Eustis Yoga are truly a Blessing!"

She’s attentive to her students by making appropriate adjustments before or during the class. "I love coming to this is a small, intimate and beautiful yoga center that is all the better due to its owner/instructor Tracey Lakshmi Trambauer. I first met Tracey at the YMCA, where she taught four days a week. She is a gifted teacher who made my yoga experience so good that I schedule my day around her class times. Tracey is an accomplished yogi who makes her classes comfortable for beginners and advanced students. Her style encourages students to push themselves yet always conscious of what’s right and appropriate for the individual in the moment. I had a bad experience with yoga years ago but Tracey’s classes erased all that and inspire me to aim for a daily yoga practice. Eustis Yoga offers not only classes but also a peaceful outdoor garden for reflection and relaxation as well as a reading room, which I have not yet explored. Students are invited to socialize after class and her current half-off special (available through Nov. 2015) makes yoga classes very accessible."
