"Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and I got a piece of cheese between 2 pieces of warm bread. I told the manager to grill the sandwich and she told me that they did not have a grill. I feel that I got ripped off and deceiving menu. I'm glad I didn't ordered a chocolate milk shake, I would have gotten a glass of milk instead Never going back to Panera again."

"My husband and I got the unlimited sip club and I’ll have to say it’s one of the best subscriptions we have. Not only does it pay for itself in two to three visits of a sip club drink, but the visits help you move toward other free or discounted items. That aside, the workers are all so friendly here and say hi to you when you enter, even if they’re busy cleaning up or helping with someone else. Overall an amazing group of people working there and such a wonderful environment"

"This is my local Panera bread and I have given them multiple opportunities to get not only our to go orders right but to have items in stock.We have been ordering from here since they opened. This location seems to have run out of French Baquettes and other ingredients as well. Every time we want to order baguettes, they do not have them. Not only that, I was told that they do not have a brioche bun for their new Chicken take sandwich and that they couldn't substitute the bread. Meanwhile, I’m hearing their employees offer other to go orders the option of choosing another kind of bread for that same sandwich. Why was I not given this option? They basically lied to my face. No matter what time of day I have ordered from here, they mess up our order or we have to order something different because they cannot adjust their menu items. The pictures are from our order tonight. The first picture only has three small pieces of chicken for the pick two salad which is completely different then the same salad ordered last week in store. The second picture is supposed to be a large salad. $12 later for a small salad. Grilled cheese was burnt on the inside with the bread hardly cooked. I have never had a problem at any other Panera Bread. Very unhappy with this location since it opened."
