"I went to the hospital with chest palpitations my ER doctor call Dr. Patel and ask him to take me as a patient. Lo and behold I got a call from the office while still on the bed in the ER they scheduled me for a visit I’ve been going to them for over a month now and there are so on schedule and so professional it’s not funny I really love Dr. Patel and his whole staff everyone there is amazing and I will continue to go there as long as he will have me lol. I feel blessed I found a great place to go and have my heart checked out."

"If you get Dr Koneru ask for another doctor. I had an echocardiogram last week and called to find the results but had to leave a message for his assistant. Never received a call back. I then had a holter monitor for 48 hours and returned it after that time. After lunch today my heart started racing and skipping again for a few hours. I called the office and was again patched through to leave a message. No return call. Now, I try to call at 4:15pm but the automated voicemail says the office is closed....but also says the business hours are until 5:00. I will be finding a new heart doctor that actually cares"
