"I have been seeing DR. Pham for roughly 7 years. She is a great doctor, and I would highly recommend her. However the office staff is awful. They always have been but today I had the last drop of it and no longer will be going back. I was seven minutes late to my appointment because of traffic I drive up from Naples because dr Pham is truly a great doctor. They told me that they could no longer see me and they would have to reschedule. I told the receptionist that I drove up from Naples and she said that she didn’t really care. She said she was going to go ask her manager, then some gentleman came out, was extremely rude. I told him I’ve been here before and had to wait over an hour to see her when I had an appointment so because I’m a few minutes late you’re kicking me out? And he told me “good for you for being a patient for such a long time” and “ to shut my month” that he didn’t want to hear it. I told him I would reschedule, but that the next time I expect to be seen at my appointment time and not wait hours like I have in the past, and he told me that” he didn’t need patient like me” by far one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Another time about three years ago they charge me $25 because I miss my appointment when I try to explain to the billing girl that it was because that week my uncle died and I really wasn’t paying attention to my phone or checking any calls. She said I still had to pay the $25 which I did but they just have no lack of compassion. It’s the only time I had miss an appointment and it was truly because I was grieving. I know that they don’t take any review seriously because I’ve heard the girls make fun of reviews patients have left online so I know that this won’t go anywhere as far as management. But I still wanted to come on here and leave a review from someone who’s been going There for years. Again dr Pham is am amazing doctor but her staff is not and I have other stories I could share But I think it’s important to paint the full picture of this office and their staff."

"Recently activated my cochlear implant. So far, the process has been great. The front office staff were very helpful, especially Valerie who guided us thru the pre-op process. The surgery went just as Dr Horlbeck described and recovery was easy. Brooke, our audiologist, has been awesome - very knowledgeable with our many questions. All in all, a very professional and positive experience."

"Bailey at the front desk is the most unprofessional, condescending, attituded filled human I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. The first encounter was over the phone trying to schedule an appointment. She was so rude that I simply thanked her and didn't make an appointment. Her behavior made me decide to just wait the month to see another ENT. My condition became worse very quickly. I explained why I didn't schedule with this ENT to my Doctor's office. Wanting me to be seen ASAP my Doctor's office called and made an appointment FOR me as this office was the only ENT that could get me in in a short time frame (I now understand why). In person at the appointment Bailey was 10x worse, if that is even possible. Then there was the very loud conversations the entire front office staff continued to engage in, seemingly led by Bailey. The entire experience was inappropriate and disgraceful to the Healthcare profession. Had the pain been more tolerable I would have left. The Tech and the Doctor were kind and seemed knowledgeable. They took their time. But, the thought of being treated like this every time I want to schedule an appointment, or check in for an appointment is just disgusting. It's a shame their office staff is like this. I won't be returning. Actually, I will, when you replace your front office staff I will be the first in line. Edit: after reading the other reviews apparently Bailey and the office staff are known for this and it has been going on for a very long time. Wow."
