"I would not recommend this place, trying to get paperwork sent to me to fill out for my father took 4 calls, Laura would never call me back when I left a message. Then after the test - I was assured his results would for sure be there for his Dec 15 th appt, well sure enough they were not and I spent over $100 to have comfort keepers bring my dad to this appt and test results were not there, so upsetting. He is 90 and it is no easy to get him out of the house. I immediately called Laura on the 15th and expressed my disappointment and requested a call back that day, no call back. I continued to call for the next three days, no answer. Finally got them to pick up when I called from a different number, interesting! I asked for a call back from the Dr personally and almost 2 weeks later, still no call. Do not spend your money at this office. Point to note, insurance did not cover this 3 hour memory test, so we paid $750, and have been treated so poorly."

"Beware of this place. We where treated as bad as you can treat a customer. Dr. Lopez was rude nasty and spoke down to me as if I was not educated. The staff followed her lead and also got nasty. The offce was HOT. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
