Quest Diagnostics

"You cannot talk to a person at all to get an appointment or walk in. No real info is available, for instance, to be sure they accept your insurance. You walk in, you get a TV blabbing at you about Quest and 2 computers. How impersonal. I called the number listed online and the lady was rude and handed out wrong information. She first said my insurance wasn't covered. Then, she told me I had to wait 6 months to get an appointment. I said my doctor says I need these labs now. She had zero concern. Horrible Horrible service."

"This was the first time going in for blood work and not having to talk to anyone to make an appointment. No one is in the lobby to assist. It’s all done on a kiosk. For me, it was very confusing. After finally getting the appointment set, I was pretty much in and out."

"We went here to get my appointment for my blood test. Still, it had the available time for 1:20PM. We'll see if we can come back soon with an available appointment in the morning. Edit: We went back a few weeks later, because Papa and I were gonna get a blood test. Still, I was trying to do my appointment at the kiosk, but a nurse helped me and fixed it. Papa got his blood test first, but I didn't. But a another nurse gave me some bandages just in case of a bad injury or fall. That's my edit for my review."
