"Don’t let the new reviews get to your head, since starting off and doing your business before being shady and adding a bunch of other medical treatments and an inadequate employee to increase revenue selfishly it directly effected and you completely failed your original mission statement. YOU did not did NOT require lab work during time of consult which should be stated then, when I confronted you and emailed you MY blood work just in case in which you NEGLECTED it. The updated the policy a 2 weeks before surgery ? I find it convienent when I spoke with the DOCTOR and she STATED she did NOT need any more things . Her credentials and medical background training are NOT the as the other doctors at your place your contracting out in FORT MYERS FLORIDA. This place is a joke, I’ve done labs at other medical places when they said it right from the start at the consult they switched up for a money grab, they are inconsistent and I will update other peoples negative testimonies along with mine. At this point Exert Clinic went back on their word and every word they say is illegitament and is one more patient mishap away from ending up like the disgraced Dr. Roxy on tiktok . Please do not reach me as this is MY statement after being wrongfully handled by this place. Updated: Defer from reading any new reviews they are probably scrambling to make up from the mishandlmemt of patients. Check up Exert Clinc on Yelp! I would’ve moved forward and erased this review but I can’t because there are people like Rachel down talking patients like me who are already nervous about a procedure. All medical situations should be taken seriously, I’m going to pass this on for legal judgment. Any action after with exert I already BLOCKED and showed them the proper screenshots to act accordingly when escalated to mangent … failure to not honor what they promised is not my issue, it’s an ethic issue on their part, I am waiting to see if i need to post this up on my social media and tell my side of the story. Since Rachel called me and and texted me and kept saying bogus numbers without the doctors consent and lied multiple times, I forwarded those screenshots to exert clinic. policies are not to be informed in a timely manner when I paid a rescheduling fee BASED OFF FORMER POLICY. If I send you an email with my blood test prior you are liable and responsible to say an that lab certified test is needed to be updated NOT that it is not required until you randomly decide it is when you get actual doctors to join and rent out your venue AFTER my consult. It’s a YOU thing not ME thing which the patient coordinated carelessly made it out to be. I don’t care once I post up the screenshots it’s evident that this is is mishandled on their part. I need my surgery purchase to be returned in its full amount and have stated that with multiple parties, you need to think about what you said to me during the consultation. I as prospective patient trusted them had my heart broken to pieces due to Rachel’s “attitude” and miscommunication. You guys taking too lightly with parties funded by patients money with a social media presence that does not reflect integrity with ANY employee you add on. I never got the service the doctor promised me she would give based off of her consult and follow up and until I get my money back from a service that was never rendered I’ll leave this review up to advise people against choosing this place. Exert Clinic switched up and it will always be marked negatively and IMPROPER BREECH in my experience."

"I don't even know where to start. The whole Exert Clinic team is exceptional! Just WOW! Dr. G is nothing but amazing! She listened to what I wanted done and accomplished it! Big shout out to Rachel as well! Just completed my 2 week post op and so far so good! Still have bruising and swelling but loving how everything is turning out so far! "Had a great experience! Was able to do a virtual consult on Monday and had my procedure on Friday! The office staff were all welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Rachel did my consult, then gave me her cell number so I was able to ask any questions and get quick answers! She was amazing. Dr. Giselle was the right balance of professionalism and warmth. We took this selfie right before I hopped on the table. I loved that I didn’t have to go under general anesthesia, I was able to leave the clinic right after my procedure (just make sure you have a reliable ride because you probably will be way out of it… I don’t remember leaving!), and I had all of my meds in advance because she put all my scripts in several days ahead of time. I also really appreciated the anti-anxiety pill an hour before the procedure just so I wasn’t too jittery. I’m 3 days post-procedure and so pleased with my results! Thank you Dr. Giselle, Rachel, and the whole Exert team!"

"Great staff. Obsessed with Dr. Giselle. She’s like talking to a honest, cool, understanding friend- she just gets it. She knows the female body and wouldn’t do anything to you she wouldn’t do herself.
