"A Memorable Family Dinner at Hillstone, Coral Gables Review: Last night, my family and I had the pleasure of dining at Hillstone in Coral Gables, Miami. It was a delightful experience right from the start. We kicked off our meal with two orders of their Spinach Dip, a family favorite. The dip was creamy, flavorful, and set the tone for an excellent meal. For our main course, we indulged in two plates of Barbeque Ribs. The ribs were tender, succulent, and beautifully seasoned, with the barbecue sauce adding just the right amount of tang and sweetness. We shared both the appetizer and the main dishes, which made for a cozy, family-style dining experience. The wine selection was impressive. We chose 'El Enemigo Malbec', which complemented our meal perfectly. It had a rich flavor that paired well with the savory ribs. For dessert, we shared an Ice Cream Sundae, split among the four of us. It was the perfect end to our meal, decadent and satisfying. As a delightful conclusion to our dinner, my wife and I savored the Taylor Fladgate Port Wine. Its exquisite taste was a fine capstone to our dining experience. The service at Hillstone was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure our evening was nothing short of perfect. The ambiance of the restaurant added to our experience, making it feel special and inviting. Considering the quality of food, service, and the overall ambiance of the restaurant, the price was very reasonable. Our total bill came to $250 plus tip, which we found to be excellent value for such a high-quality experience. In summary, Hillstone in Coral Gables offers a perfect blend of great food, wonderful service, and a warm atmosphere. It's definitely a place we’ll be returning to and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Miami. 5 stars well deserved!"

"The Hillstone group does such a good job at consistency. It doesn’t matter what city you are in, you will have a great meal. The French Dip sandwich is by far the best thing on the menu and bang for your buck. I always see the bbq ribs and they smell so good. Unfortunately, mine were a bit overcooked. The flavor was there, but they were a bit tough. The only thing I always have a problem with is the ice for an old fashioned. They seem to think the same ice used for tea and lemonade are acceptable for this cocktail and not the case. Most Hillstone group restaurants offer sushi of some sort. I tried again, but not worth it. Services was amazing. I went once for lunch and once for dinner. I would say the lunch crew was more exceptional but both were lovely. The interior tends to run loud, so not great for a first date or business dinner/lunch."

"Sushi. Steaks. Cocktails. Pairs of 2 (ie perfect for date spot.. or couples). The playbook for Hillstone is pretty consistent throughout their locations This one in Miami is on ‘Miracle Mile’ and definitely exudes a bit of a ‘higher brow’ vibe.. but friendly Went in around 6pm (early for Miami) on a Fri evening and this place was packed. Managed to get seats at the bar but by 7pm, there was definitely a wait across the board Service was stellar. No one pressuring you to order quickly, or to eat and dash.. ideal if you’re looking to chill, pass time, hang out while picking at food or getting to know someone Yellowfin = solid, fresh Seared ahi tuna + salad = GREAT (the sauce they put on top is the business) Deviled eggs = what you’d expect.. nothing to write home about Chicken kale Caesar salad = good Cocktails were on point.. they have a Hillstone Negroni which is worth a try"
