"The worst EXPERIENCE hands down so far! No customer service at all!!! Even the manager. I waited at the register for 20 mins for the employee to tell me they are to busy so go to the KIOSK!!!! After 20 mins you say this!!! Smh"

"I ordered my food prior to arriving at this McDonald’s. When I got there, I saw my bag of food with my order number sitting on the counter. The people ignored me for five minutes until I said hey, can you grab my bag order over please? She grab my bag and then I said I also had a large Coke. It took her another three minutes to go over and get a code for me. By the time I got on my food and my drink, my fries were cold in my sandwich does halfway warm."

"Message for Management & GM (Danay Garcia) unacceptable and unprofessional how you have managers who does not know proper procedures and how especially when you go to a women’s bathroom there is a manager there with an employee possibly doing things they shouldn’t be doing and it’s not the first time this has happened. I would be taking further action to this."

"This was my last resort, I would never go here unless I had to. However, working night shift means I have to make certain exceptions, so I went to a 24-hour McDonald's, this one. I walked up, everything was closed up. Took a picture of the operating hours because Google is wrong. Watched as a drive-thru customer was told thank you we're closed now and had to leave."
