K Pizza "Pizza al Taglio"

"The idea of having a pizza class is a nice concept and I was excited to book through my Groupon. However, I initially thought it would be a big group setting. The “class” ended up just being the two of us in a small table in the pizzeria. You get to learn how to make your own dough (it’s not the dough you end up using for the pizza you eat, although you get to take it home). The instructor brings out the actual dough you will use and you get to add the salsa to it. That’s about I wish you would get to add your own toppings and “make” the pizza rather than telling the instructor what you want in it and then they bring it out to you. The class itself feels a bit dry and awkward at times. I think they could benefit from adding some music and making it more lively. The actual pizza we ate was just okay, wasn’t a fan of the red salsa."

"On a Friday night why not take it advantage go for a walk to do some errands and some exercise to enjoy the start of the weekend. After all the errands we’re done the wife and I spotted this must small pizza place and said what the heck let’s give it a chance. We walked in, and we’re immediately greeted by the young lady in front (Melissa) and she was very patient with us as she explained most of the items on the menu and the toppings and the different arrangements they had. The interior is nicely decorated. They were playing music and have plenty of seating. We decided to order the three pizza special, the focaccia bread with pesto sauce, and the Nutella dessert. The food tasted fresh, was generous portion, was made quickly but most important the service was exceptional. Melissa really did a spectacular job. We had a pleasure of meeting one of the cooks. (Victor) and he was absolutely the bomb. You could tell when he was talking about the food preparation the passion he had for cooking as well as the pride he had in his dishes. Overall, we had a great experience, and it was nice to see a small business treat you with this personal touch that most big businesses lack. This is one of the major reasons that we support small businesses that only because of the local people are employees, but because of the personal touch as it gives you that you will find in any of these large chain restaurants. Great job Melissa & Vítor. If you are looking to have a good meal at a nice place, as well as a casual atmosphere this place won’t do you wrong."

"We did the class and it was AMAZING also Victor, our instructor and chef, was so kind and very knowledgeable about doughs and all the techniques to make pizzas. He answered all my questions and gave us tips to do a nice Roman pizza. Oh and Victor gifted us a focaccia too. We are so grateful. Please go there and try the pizzas, they are absolutely delicious and unique."

"We came for the pizza making class and Victor was an amazing host! He made the class extremely enjoyable. The pizza?? Out of this world!! Highly recommend the roasted eggplant as the base. Would definitely come again."

"I recently dined at an Italian restaurant for the first time, and while the overall experience was good, there is certainly room for improvement. The ambiance and service were pleasant, but the pizza I ordered did not taste as fresh as I had hoped. It had a slightly old or reheated feel to it. Despite this, I'm willing to give it another try in the hope that they can elevate their pizza game and make it as delightful as the rest of the dining experience."
