"Everyone here is always rude and mean there’s no need to talk to people the way they do never coming here for lunch I rather drive an extra 15min to get better Service. How you going to tell me there’s no refills on my damn drinks and make me pay more if I wanted a refill."
"I unfortunately had a terrible customer service experience at this location. While I was at the drive-thru, an employee named Sariha made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I mainly speak Spanish but can speak and understand English. I have an accent, which the employee thought was funny. I had mistakenly told her that I wanted a chicken hamburger instead of a chicken sandwich, which apparently she did not understand. She proceeded to laugh hysterically in my face and made a comment to her coworkers saying “she speaks spanish” while laughing uncontrollably. She even called another employee to take my order because she said she could not understand. The service here is terrible and I feel very discriminated against."
"This McDonald's located in Kendall is at the intersection of S.W. 117 Ave. & S.W. 122 St. The area that this store is located is bordered by heavy traffic and because it is at an intersection, it is very accessible. The restaurant is relatively new with walk-in and drive-thru service. The staff is very reliable and attentive to your requests. JE."
