"Went to this place based on the reviews, but I guess whoever review this place is not from Venezeula.Lol First the arepa is very thin like a Colombian arepa , that's not a Vzlan arepa. I guess the owner decided for this so he can catter both countries. The ingredients are all restaurant supply bought, from the beans to the shered meat,, cheese, plantains etc etc. I guess most restaurants this is what they do now. The cachapa was good at least. Now the best part are the prices $$$$ for a regular Vzlan food is way overpriced , I mean $70 for a lunch for two people is crazy, tiny empanadas @ $4 each insane . Your better off going to a Cuban restaurant will eat better, more food for half the price. I was disappointed at this place. But you give it a try and see for yourself. They need to revise their prices and if not then revise your menu, better quality food with real Vzlan arepas."
"It was horrific! They only have two employees, one taking orders the other in the kitchen. The one taking orders was on the phone for eight minutes (timed) as I just stood there. Once she hung up I asked if I could taste a tiny piece of each of the three cheeses they offer -- two had no taste, so opted for gouda. The arepa was placed in a Styrofoam container, and the meat was watery and tasteless, with just a tiny amount of cheese. The arepa bread itself looked more like an English Muffin, than an arepa -- it was cut in half, instead of with the original arepa fold. The bottom part of it was in pieces, floating in the watery liquid from the tasteless meat. Paid $12.99 for a totally tasteless product, which I wound up throwing away!!! Oh, and I asked if they offered hot sauces, and got a tiny container which was totally watered down too -- again, it tasted like nothing. No wonder they're always empty, and they had to resort to placing menus in your mailboxes. Don't even bother going there."
"Vanessa is amazing! Super nice and very friendly! The food was super delicious! I highly recommend coming here and seeing Vanessa for the great food! Pst. The perico con queso arepa is AMAZING! And the quavo and cheese tequeños"
"Diana the cashier was very kind also patient with me instead of making me feel rush or annoyed. The fact she went out her way to bring me my order due to slowness shows her priorities to this job. Now for the food itself delicious! Fun experience worth trying it out if you LOVE arepa and good food. Don’t miss out on their refreshments by the way"
