"Food is Delicious! However, staff is not very welcoming and can be very rude. If I was the owner of this place I would care about how the employees are being towards each-other in front of customers, as well as being rude to the customers. This place is also very expensive, $30 per person for a wrap and a smoothie, which would be fine if the atmosphere was better and you felt like this place was worth it. It’s sad because the energy of the employees would make such a huge difference and I would continue to come back and recommend my friends."

"I was so happy to know that they had opened a Carrot Express location near West Kendall! The owner told us that it took them some time to open due to city permits but it was definitely worth the wait. The place is super clean, spacious, and it features a bar area. The service was amazing! They were super welcoming and made great recommendations. We ordered the Fresh Salmon Poke Bowl, Avocado toast with smoked salmon, yuca chips, strawberry passion smoothie and a carrot cake. The food was well presented, generous portions, fresh ingredients and delicious recipes. I was very happy to give this place a chance. I’ll be a returning customer!"
