"Used to be incredible tenders and chicken till summer 2022. Since then it’s absolutely garbage food. Chicken is never fresh and oily and tenders feel like they are soaking with oil."

"The fried chicken is decent but not as good as when they were in the store on Washington Avenue in South Beach. The sides are absolute trash. They literally should not attempt to sell any sides. The biscuits were misshapen and dry, to the point when picked up with a tong, they crumbled to dust. PASS. That should have been a warning. The Jambalaya and Red Beans and Rice were inedible. If it weren't for traffic, would have returned them and gotten a refund. They smelled of burn when opened and the RBR had no flavor and no gravy. Just awful. Threw it away uneaten because NO. Get chicken and make your sides if you go. But go at your own risk. Not same Crack Chicken like before when we used to go at 5 am after a night out and everything was fresh and delicious. Disappointing because I bragged on it."

"I was overcharged $3 for a platter. The seafood platter cost $12.99 on the poster but they charge me $15.99. I complain to the lady at the front but NO refund was given. They so no sign of apology or offer to give me anything in exchange. Update: Forgot to mention, part of my order was also missing from the list"
