"I have 2 Subways close to my house and I have given this one several opportunities but I am done. If you order on the app, they prepare the sub like they are running out of ingredients (meaning, the last time I picked up an order, I thought they had given us just bread - it was so light). On top of that, their staff is ALWAYS rude, dismissive and condescending. Will not be giving this Subway our business anymore."

"The girl was very patient when I asked to change the old spinach leaves while she made my subway club footlong so it was delicious. My daughter also accidentally forgot her phone and we had to go back and she gave it back to her and was very nice about it."

"Ladies working Always having some type of argument and are very negative. BATHROOM for customers it’s alway closed/or “out of service” this is my third time going there, and today was the day I decided to use the bathroom and lady close the hallway with the chips cart to BLOCK please to use the bathrooms, pretty sure the city will have fun there. honestly I’ll go some where else during lunch to find a place that makes me feel relax."

"When I went to this particular subway it was okay. The only thing I didn't like is that they don't have shredded Mexican cheese as well as yellow cheese. I was highly upset with this. They told me that store doesn't carry what kind of subway doesn't have that? If you hoping for that don't bother coming to this one I suggest bird road better costumer service as well."

"When I came in yesterday night, two hours before closing I asked if the spinach wraps had any dairy or egg in them because I had an allergy I would like to avoid. Not only did they not know, but they made me go out to the front of the store and check it myself. I had no signal so I had to resort to calling my boyfriend, the assistant manager at another in Orlando, Florida and ask him. Once he gave me the all clear I went in and asked for a turkey, bacon, and guacamole spinach wrap. I can tell the boy that made my wrap had zero idea as to what he was doing and asked me if I wanted any vegetables before even doing anything about my meats. I’ve never worked at a subway in my entire life and this boy was doing everything wrong and out of order, he gave me the wrong portion sizes had no idea what the sauces or ingredients contained, basically had no idea what he was doing. When it was time for the guacamole and sauces I had to ask for more because he gave me DOLLOPS of the sauce AND guacamole. When I asked for more he said, and I quote, “that’s gonna cost extra” after serving me the amount of guacamole not even a simple cockroach would suffice with. He would pause for five minutes at a time and look back and forth at everything in the store as if god would give him a sign as to how to do his job. Needless to say I will definitely be contacting the owner of the store and will never set foot in this store ever again."
