"DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!! We had seen a couple bad reviews, but decided to schedule with Dr. Vidal anyway as she takes our insurance, is close and seemed qualified. We scheduled a consultation, were there 3 hours doing an intake and after paying and her seeing our 17 year old son for 5 MINUTES, she advises she cannot treat him or us as a family. She states she specializes in adolescents with depression and behavioral issues, as well as families. There is absolutely no reason to not have continued. Simply because the child stated that he was not going to talk to her. I was under the impression that the role of a psychologist is to assist us break those initial barriers and facilitate the dialogue to begin to open up. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed in this experience and worse of all, now have to wait as we don't have the funds to see someone else for a bit. Very unprofessional and sad."

"In 2011 I came with my kids, they received therapy and they were very productive and very kind to me and my children. I have an excellent opinion on this office, doctors, and the employees. Today in 2019 I have come back with my adolescent children and they are receiving the best care and the best help. I count on these doctors that my kids can count on them for support and help when they need it most in this new stage of their lives."

"She told my 17 year old hypochondriac brother that his anxiety problems can lead to schizophrenia if he doesn’t stop smoking weed. A blatant lie said with complete lack of awareness on how the words would affect his mental state. Spent the next day undoing the damage she did. Had never heard of depersonalization and it’s anxiety links, and tried to use fear to control his marijuana usage. Extremely poor tactic and approach."

"Well, at first I felt good about the place. It was clean and quite. However, while being interviewed by their office manager whatever they call her I noticed she would get annoyed when I would address my son on a question of hers. I know my son and I know how to get an answer from him . He didn't understand her and i was trying to promote him to answer. Also, he was nervous and would forget the answer he wanted to say. SHE would put this stupid grin on her face. She thought I didn't know. Then came in the " Dr". She sat in and did the same. Then they want me to pay 1,000 dollars to evaluate him. Ok whatever....let me run to the bank because you say so. Then the Dr brings in to the office manager a file and says. Sorry to interrupt, mind you it's her practice, but you have another patient. That's Sign to tell the office manager to hurry up with my case. Basically another number. I felt disrspescted and hurried. Then I was going to ask something at the front desk, but she too was in a hurry to get the next patient in. One more patient we can bill the insurance company. Do not go to her. She can be very educated but seemed she was only doing it for the number of patients. For example, she never had a one on one with my son. Her first OPINION is he needs to be in n a group setting. REALLY??? SO YOU HAVE MUTIPLE PATIENCE IN AN HOUR!!!! Others might fall for that. Good luck!!!"
