"I was scheduled for a phone appointment on 7/5/2023 at 1pm. After I took off the time from work to be able to have the appointment they called 15 minutes before my appointment to let me know that they did not take my insurance. This is very frustrating because when I called to make my appoint they told me that they did take my insurance. I was then told that to speak with a therapist they would charge me $150 and when I asked if they could provide me a discount for the inconvenience and waste of time they told me that they were unable to. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told that the supervisor was on lunch and that they would call me back. They never called me back. I feel like they had no consideration for my time and the fact that no supervisor ever called me back is extremely disrespectful. Please do better for your future patients."

Mind you, I booked my appointment for Wednesday at 2. I will not be returning to this office. They take your mental health as a joke. Then they want you to write great reviews."
