"dr jasper is very good, however she is a slave to her outdated office with rude and lazy staff, and even worse technology that they are overreliant on with glitches and the"computers" being slow. the other bad reviews are indicative of a collapsed medical system in collier county. thousands of people coming here for 4-6 months out of the year cannot expect personal service when the people who live and work here do not automatically nor magically increase in numbers too. i have waited on average 30-60 mins not because the dr is slow, but because her staff and computers are SLOW! every time i go there are different people working here. it's got to be very hard, the workforce here is a shambles."

"I have been going to Dr. Jasper for approximately 10 months. I am very impressed with her Professionalism and overall medical knowledge. In a 6 month period she helped me get my A1C from an 11 to 6.3. Granted, sometimes there are unexpected waits but Marco Island booms from 16,500 people to over 70,000 people during season. Most people who come to the Island during the season are 70 plus yrs old and have numerous maladies. They come here because this is a Beautiful Island. It’s not the big city! Island life!! "I am frustrated with the office and office manager. I made an apoitnment with Dr. Jasper back in December for February 10, 2023 - today. This morning I get a text from the office stating that there was an error with the computer program they use and at this time they are no longer taking new patients. On the the day of my apointment I am notified they are no longer taking patients? This is maddening; I have waited for a month and a half for an apointment only to be turned away due a computer glitch. I called the office and the only thing the manger could offer was an apology and blamed the computer and then proceeded to hang up on me."

"Dr Jasper is the worst Specialist I have ever worked with. She accepts new patients for a reason. No one wants to go to her. I moved here fro Virginia and she was the only Specialist I could get in to see. Her staff turns over like crazy; as they are poorly trained and mistreated. I am currently waiting on biopsy results and called the office the last few days and was not told until today that I would have to schedule another copay appointment to get my results. My doctor will get my results and I will never see this doctor again. Do not see her."
