"These people are criminals! They mandate that you have a debit card on file then debit my account for amounts well in excess of my co-payment & deductible then record the payment as $20 or $0. They claim my account is delinquent and state my insurance company isn't paying when in fact they had already received payment. They give me documents one week showing I have a credit of over $200 then a week later they delete all my payments, change them to $0 or $20 and send a statement alleging I owe over $200. They withdraw $127.16 then list the patient payment as $0, withdraw $180.34 then list the payment as $50.24, this goes on and on. They also allege "no-shows" that never happened and charge my account hundreds of dollars. I looked over the 100+ negative reviews from ex-patients and ex-employees many detailing similar scams. They allege in the reply to some negative reviews that people don't account for their deductibles and co-pays. The insurance companies list the patient's deductible amount and co-pay amount and total patient responsibility, people are not stupid. They outright lie about "disputing insurance claims" stating my insurance company denied their claim when in fact the only claims the insurance company denied were the many duplicate claims that they filed after already being paid for the claim. These are facts and I have all of the documents to verify everything I have stated here in the form of insurance company claims verifications, bank account records and their own invoices and statements. I would welcome any ex-patient or ex-employee to contact me to join in on the filing of complaints to the various law enforcement and medical licensing authorities so that these people are brought to justice. Reply: Your attorney did NOT contact me regarding “unfounded allegations and the public slandering and defamation you are exercising”. Your lawyer sent me an email with a “settlement agreement” attached. The settlement agreement alleged that I have “an outstanding invoice” then goes on to state that you will pay me the $472.77 as “settlement funds” (the exact amount that you stole from me) if I sign the agreement agreeing to remove negative online reviews, agree not to file charges against you and if I tell anyone of the allegation that you stole my money I would have to pay you $20,000 along with your legal fees. I emailed your attorney documents, bank records & insurance company records, verifying everything I was alleging & interestingly, I never heard from your attorney again. I find it shocking that you feel the need to lie. There is absolutely NOTHING I have stated in my review and subsequent response to your lies that I cannot prove. It amazes me that you will lie about an ex-patient on a public website about things that are so easily proven to be false, just unbelievable! See documents below – co-pay and deductible – TOTAL PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY $20, post another lie Doc. There was NEVER a lapse in my insurance coverage, EVER. The employer changed insurance companies on July 1, 2023 and the old insurance ended the same day, this happens all the time during open enrollment periods. Your office was IMMEDIATELY notified and provided with my new insurance card. There was never a delinquent balance, you did not collect my co-pay on 3 occasions BECAUSE I HAD A CREDIT BALANCE of almost $500. How ridiculous to suggest that you didn’t collect my co-pay “as a courtesy”. It took your office 54, 40, 30, 17 & 6 BUSINESS days to submit claims to my insurance company and then alleged that my account was delinquent. You define unruly behavior as questioning why I am being charged for an appointment when I have a credit of $472.77 and having your husband screaming at me? I will begin posting pictures of documents proving that your defamatory allegations are in fact lies. And, yes Doctor, public slandering and defamation does have legal consequences. Dr. leave me alone, stop sending mail to my home, I will not accept anything from you, I will not remove the review, if something happens to me it is because of you."
"The people at the front desk are extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. I waited for almost a month to get an appointment. I was told that I had a co-pay and they did not accept my insurance. I had spoken to the staff multiple times over the past month, I was asked to provide a copy of my insurance cards by email. I complied, and was not told anything about my insurance having a co-pay. I am disabled and had to arrange for transportation with my insurance company. I spent over an hour there just to be told that I can not see the doctor without paying a $35 co-pay. The staff is incredibly rude. I would recommend going to a local health department before wasting a minute dealing with this doctor’s office. Worst experience ever. I definitely do not recommend or wish this experience for anyone!!"
"Very disappointing experience! My insurance changed and Dr. Hannah was no longer 'in the network'. I asked to refill my medication that she previously prescribed one last time until I can find a new doctor that is in network with my new insurance. The staff insisted that we need to make an appointment with Dr Hannah and they were going to charge me $150 so she can write a refill for my meds. Very unprofessional and uncaring for patients. Fully agree with anyone posting that it is all about money and charging unneeded visits to insurance."
"If -10 was an option I would. Myself and stepmother both have seen her as patients and after a couple of visits we were both extremely unhappy with her care. Do not trust her medical judgment, let alone her treatment. I must add that they will charge your card on file (which they require) for “no show appointments” that you did not make. I’ve already had to cancel 2 cards due too this MAJOR issue. I have not been her patient for SEVERAL months and I’m still getting texts / calls about an appointment."
"Dr Hanna and her team are the absolute best. They seem to genuinely care about you and treat people with the utmost respect. Dr Hanna is treating me for a thyroid issue and had it under control in no time at all. She continues to monitor it via her office and by telephone, which is very convenient for me. When I do have to go in for an office visit, I don’t mind because they are all wonderful people to see. I highly recommend Dr Hanna to anyone that is searching for a Doctor."
