"I had a therapy session at 4 which i showed up to at exactly 4. I sat in the waiting room where there was a sign saying to take a seat and wait if nobody was at the desk there. 42 minutes later after my mother called her (and got ignored) multiple times, i left without her ever showing up. she then proceeded to call my mom back 15 minutes after i left, lying to her and saying she checked the waiting room multiple times.
