"I had been seeing this doctor for a couple years and he started prescribing me a medication that no other doctor in sebring could subscribe. He knew that was what I needed and so when I called to schedule a follow up for a refill they first said we don't accept tour insurance anymore so the visit alone will be 250.00 dollars. So I paid it out of pocket and when I get in the office he says he no longer prescribes that medication so they took my 250 bucks just to tell me they don't prescribe it anymore sorry. I couldn't believe a doctor's office would scam a patient out of 250 bucks. Il never go back and never recommend anyone else go back either."

"Dr Garcia-Prieto is friendly and does a good job with maintenance meds. But the office staff are rude, based on my interactions with them since late 2020. I’ve repeatedly observed poor customer service skills . Their billing is confusing and you have to contact a third party billing service (who seem very confused by simple questions) if you need details or disagree with the bill. My last appointment was a disaster. I was prohibited from seeing the doctor and getting my prescriptions refilled because I supposedly owe $63 and I refused to pay it until I could review the billing. When I gave up and tried to make them happy with $100 to put toward my account so we get past all this drama, they refused the money! All this nonsense because of a $63 balance that was thrown at me without explanation. More unprofessional interactions ensued. I left and will never return."

"I’m a new patient of Dr Garcia. He asks lots of Questions and thoroughly evaluates his patient concerns. The staff is courteous and professional. It can take awhile to get your initial appointment (probably due to high patient load), but once I got in regular appointments are easy to schedule. I’m very satisfied with the patient care and would recommend Dr Garcia. I am sorry to see some not so good reviews on here but I keep in mind there are two sides to every complaint."
