"I was left astonished at the unprofessional treatment my partner received over the phone. We called in 15 minutes before my first appointment to let them know we were running late and the man on the phone became aggressive, hostile, and rude. I was already struggling this morning and his behavior pushed me into a panic attack. It would have made more sense to simply inform us that they have a strict scheduling policy and we would need to reschedule if we could not arrive on time, instead he argued with us and scolded us angrily. I wish I had read the other reviews before making an appointment. It seems like they let their personal opinions lead rather than any type of professionalism or psychological knowledge. Maybe they are a good fit for those that are looking for a life couch rather than those that need real psychological help, it does not sound like they offer any real psychological help or even have a basic understanding of mental illness."
