Reviews of Building New Horizons Inc
"I have been a patient of Sharon Krieger's practice since 2009. She is an exceptional provider. to say the least. Her staff is always wonderful and accommodating, as well as very professional. I cannot say enough good things about this office and highly recommend Sharon and Building New Horizons to anyone looking for an experienced mental health provider."
"My best friend went to this office for 2 years. She was in the middle of a nervous breakdown this morning and they would not help they actually treated her very coldly and without any compassion in my opinion. They would not help her and discharged her for coming in without any appointment. She desperately needed help and they turned her away. What would have happened if she had done something bad after you turned her away? What if she hurt herself or someone else. Your job is to help the mentally ill and you showed her you were unable/unwilling to help her. No matter what she should have been seen she was in the middle of a severe manic episode and just needed to be talked down. That is why she comes to you. Very disappointed with this group and frankly I would NEVER refer anyone to this office. As far as I am concerned you broke your oath to do no harm. Made me sick to see her treated the way she was. You have no compassion! She is no just a paycheck she is a person with problems, big problems and that is why she goes to your office to get help. When she needed you desperately you weren't there for her. Highly disrespectful staff!"
