"Run away! This is the most incompetently run Counselling Center in Bradenton. As a client, you will encounter issues with being canceled last minute, insurance mix ups, and over payments and difficulty retrieving your records if you complain and want to leave. The owner is too difficult to deal with. Check with your insurance company and find another provider is my recommendation."

"Nice people - the counselor we used was good, knowledgeable and effective. Office staff is good too, helpful navigating insurance. They are experienced and responsive - two important attributes in mental health counseling. I recommend them. Note : I see some sour grapes in the comments - insurance is a pain, and is the patients ultimate responsibility. I too am dealing with rejected claims, but it isn't the offices fault - it's the insurance company b/c they referred me to an out of network provider. As with everything in life, do your homework."

"I just don’t know where to start. I was highly taken advantage of by this office. The office lady Sylena yelled at me and I’m very old. I felt like a child at that point. I tried to explain the Insurance and show her my cards they said I was in network so my copay would b very little however my insurance mediciare said style na and Jane did not submit the paperwork or bills to my insurance. I am a snow bird so I arrive back in Michigan to find out they charged my credit card and did not bi it to my insurance. Never ever coming back and I would recommend no one else go to this horrible place as well"

"If I could give them 0 stars I would definitely do that after they took advantage of me. I am an elder woman and was greatly taken advantage of! They carded my credit card over $700 for 5 visits!! I contacted my united health care and they said they were not even contacted or charged through bradenton center! I would stay far away from this horrible place Sylena was the one who charged my card and tricked me into signing a paper. This is Eder abuse!!!"
