"Unprofessional, there is a language barrier with the staff. They will barely speak to you in English, then they continue to speak with one another in Spanish as if you are not there. They are not consistent in what they say they will do. They keep giving me the run around about getting my daughter’s results. I canceled for appt to review them 3 times (since the ordering dr wants to review then with her), it was never cancelled (again language barrier). I do appreciate they were able to get her in sooner then expected but there is no professionalism in that office what so ever. If you speak Spanish, you will be fine, if not, then don’t expect much. Very sad , as this office could be great for services offered"

"This is a horrible clinic where they do not put the priority or care of their patients first. My son was evaluated on 09/05/2023 and a master plan was never created for him and it’s already 11/02/2023. The manager Minnie’s excuse was they have 45 days well it’s been more than 45 days! Ms. Jennifer Rodriguez was providing treatment to my son without a master plan, she also does whatever she wants with her patients and their schedules. Every week she would text me to request to move my sons schedule around which made it very inconvenient and stressful for me. This clinic has no consideration for the parents or their patients. The front staff looks like they are mad or constipated with their mean faces. Maybe they just aren’t happy to work there! Please refrain from going to this clinic you will only get frustrated and get poor care!"

"Do not attempt to be seen here, you will only get frustrated and regret it rather quickly. This office never answers your phone, staff has no compassion or empathy, and service is slow. You can’t get an appointment right away and they do not care for any patients well being. They will find every excuse in the book as to why they can’t do something. They only see you as money for insurance/money purposes."

"How do i start…. First you have to register before even speaking to them on getting an appointment… then you find out you cant do therapy if you have an appointment for an eval… so then you cancel the eval to be able to do therapy and then they say they Dont take your plan…. Then you ask to just pay out of pocket fully and they say you cant because they know you have a med plan… circular torture… this is the premise of a boring horror film… or an episode of the twilight zone (not the classic but the bad one with Jordan Peele)"

"My child has been coming to this psychology office for about a yr and a half...No one has answered my calls, voicemails, or texts in MONTHS. I saw in the previous reviews that if you actually write a review the manager gets a hold of you. I have emailed her at the email listed on those reviews. Hopefully she will email me back so I can get my child an appointment since she has been coming here for over a year and feels comfortable with her current therapist. Really would not be happy if I have to take time from my job to search for new therapist since this also confuses my kid and takes time from my schedule (like this post is doing) when the insurance already pays you for the service?? I don't understand why its complicated."
