"I've been coming here for 6 months, and I must say Karen is an amazing counselor and I'm fortunate to have found this place. The receptionist Eileen is very helpful and kind and responds to emails quickly. I was having a very difficult time finding a place that took my insurance, I even had other places tell me they could not tell me how much my deductible was, until I actually went to the first appointment. New Objectives made starting process easy and kept me informed at all times. Highly Recommend this place!"

"Disappointing experience overall. The office takes on more patients than they can schedule in a given week meaning that patients wait 3+ weeks for an opening. Called for an urgent appointment due to crisis and not only were there no appointments available, but there was no help and no concern. The only advice was to “call 911 or go to the hospital”. We were forced to find help elsewhere. Decided to give it one last shot, but instead they ran a previously used card for the balance without permission and didn’t even send a link for the Telehealth appointment. Called 4 times to start the appointment, but the office is already closed."

"The low reviews must not have been for Dr. Thetford or her current receptionist. Her receptionist is a sweet as can be, is thorough, and helpful with scheduling. Dr. Thetford is wonderful, warm, skilled, engaging, and takes an active and caring approach to helping you. She has been doing this for quite a while - I recommend highly."

They are understanding, gentle when needed and explain the steps and processes in detail as a person goes along.
