"Doctors, Physician Assistants, and nurses at this facility are excellent. They are affiliated with Tampa General Hospital & are able to refer specialty care to the hospital and satellite locations. Everyone is friendly and facilities are clean. We can always get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time and scheduling options are flexible, including telehealth."

"The staff here are friendly and efficient and Dr. Gadea is simply stellar. Appointments can be hard to come by - for good reason. He is kind, thorough, & patient-centered, keeping up with the latest innovations in medical care and adjusting his communication to suit the patient's understanding."

"You have to wait months to get a 2 min appointment, and after waiting months just to have some paperwork filled out that this same office filled out before I got told to make another appointment with my PCP or see a specialist to get my paperwork done. Ridiculous and a waste of time."

She recently went above and beyond to help me get a much needed quick referral...something that typically takes 2 weeks (ridiculous). Always friendly, professional, and compassionate, she is a wonderful staff member who I hope is fully appreciated!"

"I had an appointment to establish care as a new patient, which was scheduled months ago. The day before the appointment, they called to change it to telehealth. I'm a huge fan of virtual technology, but doesn't a new physician need to see you in person to physically examine you? I reluctantly agreed to the telehealth appointment instead of just canceling and rescheduling months away. The nurse called me right on time and checked me in, but apparently no one told the doctor that I was ready for my appointment so the doctor never sent the link to connect by video. After an hour, I tried calling, but the only number available is the call center number and they put me on hold for a very long time while they were trying to reach the Westchase office. I had to hang up, call back twice and wait on hold for about 10 minutes before they were finally able to reach the doctor's office. Finally, 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment, the doctor called me and said there was "miscommunication" in her office and they did not tell her I was ready for the appointment. Needless to say, this was a terrible customer service experience for a patient who is trying to find a new doctor. I know the last thing TGH Medical Group needs is more patients since they are already very very busy with their current countless load of patients, so I'm sure they are happy that I will not be back. Quality patient care is a thing of the past."
