"My husband called this office today and asked if they are taking new patients and if they accept his insurance. The gentleman that answered was incredibly rude and abrupt and he hung up on my husband. He asked which kind of insurance plan my family has and when my husband asked where to find that on the card because it’s through his workplace and he isn’t positive of the ins and outs the man said he needs to know that and it’s like coffee in that there are a lot of them. My husband asked if he could explain what he was looking for on the card because he wasn’t seeing anything and the man said, “hang on a minute” very rudely and disconnected him. It was an extremely unpleasant experience and I can’t recommend this office based on this exchange. For reference, the very next Dr office we called had no problem at all finding the information without being rude or condescending."
