"VERY RUDE Med. Asst... NEVER again. What about Dr. Alpers? An honest opinion is... he's maybe a 5 on a 1-10 scale. Nothing great, but not horrible. Maybe just average. It's his Med. Asst. (name started with an M... not sure if he has decided to keep her around. Can't imagine allowing her to speak to patients the way she did). She was the final straw. I tolerated her at first... we all have bad days. But she was so crass each time I was there (only a few) and the last time was unconscionable. I can't fathom why Dr. Alpers was keeping her. She could have been the only issue and I would _never_ go back. But... unfortunately there were other issues... The front desk staff entered my info incorrectly which took 6 times to get correct (seriously). I also requested a copy of my records and 4 pages were missing. Requested again and still never got it all. The only positive for me there was one lady that worked in the front desk area (at the check out) that was helpful and did her best, but unfortunately, the rest of my experience there was so bad, I can't go back just for the nice check-out lady. And yes, I DID try to resolve this - each time I was there. To no avail."
