He uses research based approaches and goes beyond talking to actual solutions. He makes you work, which of course is a good thing! He has compassion and understanding."

"Do not bother if you are an adult suffering from social anxiety. Will shoo you away if you have someone contact for services on your behalf. Was willing to speak with on the phone myself to possibly setup an appointment after the fact, but told my mother: "I dont think I can be of help in this situation. You said you were calling about your adult children. In my profession, we are very reluctant to see an adult who doesnt call and inquire on their own about appointments and availability. Thats because the counseling outcomes are dramatically better when the 18 year old (or older) handles the entire process by him or herself." I've not handled the insurance end of things because she is the policy holder and as I said, I suffer from severe social anxiety (especially over the phone) but wouldnt have had a problem setting an appointment and seeing Mr depaul on my own. We were instead told I wouldnt be a fit for him because she decided to initiate contact on my behalf. Its wasnt a matter of motivation like you stated. This is also not a personal attack towards you or your business, no malicious intent involved in either if our reviews. I am a real adult simply seeking someone to talk to about my problem, which you claim to be so proffesional/"specialties" at helping. You are the only fraud here, mr Depaul. Edit your review multiple times going from helpful to hurtful, talking to us both like we're some criminals trying to tarnish your G reputation. You remove my mothers review because shes not a patient and so therefor is harrasing you? Apparently I'm not allowed to become your patient because I didnt call you myself. How am I not allowed to review your business since Im not a patient, because your business turned us away before I could become one. Niether mom nor I decided one day to attack a random counselor on G, our reviews on your business are not "fraudulent or illegal" for not being your patients. Very glad you decided to show your true colors towards those with social anxiety before I could've even gotten on the phone with you and wasted more of my families time. You know this had nothing to do with an "adult child" not willing to speak to you for an appointment, as Mom never said I cant talk with you. If you specialize in social anxieties like you claim, you should be well aware that socially anxious individuals like myself have issues talking with others. And like I said before, Id have had no issue speaking with you myself given you decided I was fit enough of a patient for your job to be easy, but you can be sure you wont recieve any 5-star for you discriminating against me and my mother because she reached out to you before I did. She would have handed me the phone to talk, since yes I am over 18 and understamd privacy laws, it would have gone over just fine. You've whole heartedly earned this review handling things the way you did. You initially replied to her now deleted review that it was a factor of the lack of motivation to speak to you, which again was never the issue. We have screenshots prior to your edits and of your texts pending review on here, can not wait for them to be uploaded. By the way, this is literally my personal G account, I'm not trying to remain anonymous. Never recieved a notification that you replied to my review. Threatening legal action and removing negative, truthful reviews I see as very unprofessional. You wouldnt get away with that on other company review sites. Absolutely disgusts me to be treated this way by someone in your industry. How am I to recieve any help if I'm not given a chance to see anyone because you have a personal problem believing my mother or I. You also may want to hire a PR person to comment on here on your behalf from now on, you dont seem to be handling that responsibility on your own very well. You texting her personally (very weird) is what caused this ordeal, instead of being able to speak with a receptionist to schedule an appt you pushed away a potential client. Please dont be offended by what I'm saying. I'm just trying to be helpful."
