"Couldn't get past how rude the woman was answering the phone. She gave curt one word answers, and is definitely not the kind of person who should be the face of a counseling center. When I asked if a certain counselor could help me personally with my relationship issues she responded "she doesn't do that anymore" and only after I told her how rude she was she said she would check. Don't bother."
