"Best dentist service on last 25 years. Recommended for family and friend."
"I Went there with me and my husband, and the first approach was terrifying. I had to ask to change the hygienist. They are racist and treated me like trash, especially the older woman at the receptionist. I made another appointment, unlike every other dentist, they never called up to remind you of your appointment. I went to my dentist 6 months before and my teeth were perfect, and then I went to this sunburst and he told me that all my Terry hedge cavities were. I went back to my dentist and she did not see anything writhing with my teeth. They are dayfrsud."
"Sketchy place. Went in for filling and got a deep cleaning instead almost avoiding my priorities. After they numb me for a supposed cavity filling, they switched up last minute for a deep cleaning instead. Never discussed that plan with me and wasn’t pre planned on any previous visits. Went again to finish the deep cleaning and never went back. No communication with patients and feels like a sketchy place."
"If you do not speak Spanish, do not go to this dentist. I was communicated with in English by the receptionist, but after that it was constant Spanish all around me, except when they needed me to do something. The Dr. spoke some broken English after he looked in my mouth, and he wanted me to come back for work on 5 teeth. No other explanation was given, my concerns were not addressed, and he walked off. I was seen by a different dentist 6 months before this appointment in Georgia and had no teeth that required any work. I was seen 6 months after this appointment by a different dentist in Key Largo and had no teeth that needed any work. I am certain that this dental office is engaged in fraud."
"My first experience with this office was horrible. I have a terrible infection and a lot of pain. The dentist (the older gentlemen) refuse to prescribe me an antibiotic and wanted to pull the tooth at that moment. I know it is not customary to pull an infected tooth without starting an antibiotic. He began yelling me, and getting very aggressive. I was shocked and appalled! Needless to say, I walked out. This dentist may have been having a bad day, but that not an excuse for his disrespect and unprofessionalism."
