"Great place to bring your children to. It’s clean and they have TV’s for the kids. The hygienist and dentist were patient with my two year old."
"I would rate it a zero if I had to about two months ago I made a appointment for feb 15 which is a Thursday and keep in mind that on the for and online it says it’s open to Mon-Fri 9-5 and we went up there was no was there and so we called there answered saying there are closed on Thursday"
"Wonderful place, they really know how to treat kids, they were very patient and kind to my 6 year old daughter. Our dental hygienist was so sweet and caring, as well as Nicole the dentist. We will continue to visit this location."
"My daughter had cavities filled here over two appointments and we have nothing but great things to report! Dr. Molina was excellent. Very patient, calm, and gentle. My daughter is actually excited to go to the dentist! It helps that everyone is very kind—and that they have the ability to play movies/streamers on the TVs mounted to the ceilings!"
"I was really excited to bring my son to such a seemingly professional and beautiful facility with nice receptionists. Unfortunately they are incompetent. And they have bad communication skills. They can’t follow simple directions to validate insurance. “Call to Validate and speak with a representative” The automated phone system doesn’t work. So you need to call a person. You have the insurance card and the Preferred Dental Network card with phone number on it.. 2 weeks before they said they don’t have it valid. So I call myself again and confirm the insurance is active. Yes it is. So they say they will call again and I assume they do since they don’t contact me again. So They wait until I show up to the appointment and try to call at that moment. They don’t communicate that they still haven’t validated it. They send me 3 texts to remind of the appointment and do not let me know the insurance wasn’t OKed. Now the office is closed for the holiday. Really upset that I dragged the kids over to this office. The woman doesn’t speak English well when I get there either. She has me on speaker of her cell phone to speak to the other office girl. She’s giving me the excuses. Really no excuse to not call me back and follow through. This was a huge mistake. Now the filling and cleaning my child needs has to wait again weeks and have to get his records faxed to Another Dentist. I won’t be back. None of my 3 kids will ever go there. You all lost."
