"Dr. Guevarra is a great doctor. Not sure what is happening with his staff now during COVID. I have called a few times to get a call back from any of the doctors and Hilary one of the staff is not relaying the messages to Dr. Guevarra or any of the other doctors."

"If you value your time and how your child is prioritized then select another practice. My daughter has been a patient for many years but we are leaving this practice - not because of the doctor but because of the terrible administrative staff. It is common to be left on hold for 20 minutes when trying to make an appointment and then treated very rudely. This practice is simply “too busy” to answer the phone and schedule appointments for patients so we’ve decided to allow them to have one fewer patient."

"Whoever published the previous review is not the brightest tool in the shed!!! Dr. Guevara is one hell of a doctor. He has been my boys' pediatrician for about 12 years and is awesome. He is one of the few doctors left whose bedside manner is professional and caring. My children enjoy seeing him! His office staff has always treated me with the utmost respect and have accomodated me when necessary. I would prefer paying a small fee to have urinalysis or blood cultures taken at the doctor's office since many other doctor offices refer you to third party blood centers."
